Aarati brings more than 25 years of technology leadership across financial services, wealth management, lending, retail, e-commerce, and consulting. Her experience spans technology strategy, product development, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data, AI, cloud, operating models, M&A, and large-scale transformation.

She began her career in consulting, including roles with Deloitte and KPMG, before moving into senior technology leadership positions across organizations of different sizes and stages of growth. That experience gave her both an advisor’s perspective and a buyer’s perspective, with first-hand responsibility for evaluating technology investments, managing vendors, leading transformation, and making decisions that balance business priorities, risk, cost, and execution.

Throughout her career, Aarati has worked with global teams and led complex, multi-million-dollar technology initiatives. Her approach is grounded in practical operating experience: understand the business problem first, determine what matters most, and make technology decisions that can be executed effectively.
